1. Partner with leaders to provide strategic and operational HR support.
2. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives.
3. Support the recruitment and onboarding process for new team members.
4. Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues.
5. Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities.
6. Manage employee benefits and compensation programs.
7. Monitor and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
8. Facilitate training and development programs for managers and employees.
9. Collaborate with other HR team members to develop and implement company-wide initiatives.
10. Serve as a resource for employees to address any HR-related questions or concerns.
11. Analyze and report on HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
12. Participate in the development and execution of diversity and inclusion initiatives.
13. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in HR.
14. Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by HR leadership.
15. Act as a brand ambassador for Novant Health and promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
