As a HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in partnering with our leaders to provide strategic and operational HR support. - Partner with leaders to provide strategic and operational HR support.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives.
- Support the recruitment and onboarding process for new team members.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities.
- Manage employee benefits and compensation programs.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Facilitate training and development programs for managers and employees.
- Collaborate with other HR team members to develop and implement company-wide initiatives.
- Serve as a resource for employees to address any HR-related questions or concerns.
- Analyze and report on HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Participate in the development and execution of diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in HR.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by HR leadership.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Novant Health and promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Hr Business Partner Or Generalist Role.
Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws, Regulations, And Best Practices.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Strong Relationships With Employees At All Levels.
Experience In Developing And Implementing Hr Strategies And Initiatives To Support Organizational Goals And Objectives.
