Bachelor's Degree In Nursing: A Hospice Liaison Nurse At Novant Health Must Have A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Nursing From An Accredited Institution. This Ensures That The Nurse Has The Necessary Knowledge And Skills To Provide Quality Care To Hospice Patients.
Current Rn Licensure: The Candidate Must Possess A Current, Unrestricted Rn Licensure In The State Where The Job Is Located. This Ensures That The Nurse Is Legally Allowed To Practice Nursing And Provide Care To Patients.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Hospice Care: Novant Health Requires Candidates To Have A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Hospice Care. This Ensures That The Nurse Has A Thorough Understanding Of The Unique Needs And Challenges Of Hospice Patients And Their Families.
