- Document and report any issues or incidents to the appropriate personnel.
- Attend training and development sessions to enhance customer service skills.

Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Customer Service Or Hospitality Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With A Diverse Group Of Individuals.
Proficiency In Computer Systems And Software, Including Microsoft Office And Electronic Medical Record Systems.
Strong Problem-Solving And Critical Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Handle Difficult And Sensitive Situations With Tact And Diplomacy.
Knowledge Of Medical Terminology And Insurance Processes Is Preferred.
