Job Description

We are looking for a Financial Planning Analyst who can help us in our mission and, in turn, have an impact on the lives of those we serve. The successful candidate will both analyze and interpret financial data, and work with the Finance and Accounting teams to provide guidance and support in the development and implementation of financial strategies.The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; at least 2 years of experience in a finance-related role; and experience with financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. The successful candidate will also have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.If you have a passion for helping others and are looking for an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of the people we serve, this could be the perfect role for you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze and interpret financial data to develop financial strategies.
  2. Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
  3. Monitor and review financial performance to identify areas of improvement.
  4. Communicate financial information to stakeholders and present recommendations.
  5. Stay up to date with applicable regulations and legislation.
  6. Assist with financial audits and provide guidance during the audit process.
  7. Develop and maintain financial models and reports.
  8. Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance financial operations.
  9. Collaborate with the Finance and Accounting teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  10. Prepare financial statements, reports, and presentations.
