  1. Manage the delivery of technology solutions that support financial, compliance, and decision-making processes within Novant Health.
  2. Lead project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, compliance, and decision support, to define project requirements and goals.
  4. Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  5. Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, and provide timely resolution and mitigation plans.
  6. Utilize technical expertise to identify and recommend innovative solutions to improve healthcare operations.
  7. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational policies, procedures, and standards.
  8. Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to solution delivery.
  9. Coach and mentor team members to promote professional growth and development.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies.
  11. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in healthcare technology.
  12. Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement strategies to achieve organizational goals.
  13. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the team and with other departments.
  14. Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction through effective communication and relationship building.
  15. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on project status, risks, and opportunities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management Or Delivery Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Industry Regulations And Standards, With A Focus On Data Management And Security.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Complex Projects On Time And Within Budget.
