- Manage the delivery of technology solutions that support financial, compliance, and decision-making processes within Novant Health.
- Lead project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, compliance, and decision support, to define project requirements and goals.
- Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, and provide timely resolution and mitigation plans.
- Utilize technical expertise to identify and recommend innovative solutions to improve healthcare operations.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational policies, procedures, and standards.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to solution delivery.
- Coach and mentor team members to promote professional growth and development.
- Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in healthcare technology.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement strategies to achieve organizational goals.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management Or Delivery Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Strong Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.
Knowledge Of Healthcare Industry Regulations And Standards, With A Focus On Data Management And Security.
