
Facility Maintenance Technician III

- Perform routine maintenance tasks on all facility equipment, including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and other mechanical systems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with facility equipment and systems, and make necessary repairs.
- Conduct regular inspections of all facility areas, identifying potential safety hazards and addressing them in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work, including logs of equipment maintenance schedules and completed work orders.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for larger repair and maintenance projects, ensuring work is completed to high quality standards.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance tasks.
- Monitor and order necessary supplies and equipment needed for facility maintenance.
- Train and mentor junior facility maintenance technicians on proper procedures and techniques.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and new technologies related to facility maintenance.
- Collaborate with other departments and team members to ensure timely and effective completion of maintenance tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.
- Participate in regular meetings and training sessions to stay informed on company policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the facilities management team.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Facility Maintenance, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Knowledge Of Building Codes And Regulations, As Well As Proficiency In Reading And Interpreting Blueprints And Schematics.
Demonstrated Ability To Troubleshoot And Repair A Wide Range Of Mechanical, Electrical, And Plumbing Systems.
Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Excellent Communication Skills And The Ability To Work Effectively With A Diverse Team And Interact Professionally With Patients And Staff.
