1. Operate and maintain the ECMO machine to provide life-saving support to critically ill patients.
2. Monitor patients on ECMO and communicate any changes in their condition to the medical team.
3. Ensure the proper functioning of the ECMO machine and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise.
4. Collaborate with medical staff to develop and implement treatment plans for patients on ECMO.
5. Monitor and record vital signs, blood gases, and other important patient information.
