Employee Health Nurse

1. Perform health screenings and assessments for new and current employees, including physical exams, blood work, and immunizations.
2. Develop and implement employee wellness programs and initiatives to promote a healthy work environment.
3. Educate employees on health and safety practices, including injury prevention and ergonomics.
4. Maintain accurate and confidential employee health records and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and occupational health specialists, to provide comprehensive care for employees.
6. Conduct follow-up appointments and provide ongoing support for employees with work-related injuries or illnesses.
7. Administer first aid and emergency care as needed in the workplace.
8. Coordinate and facilitate return-to-work programs for employees who have been on extended leave due to medical reasons.
9. Stay up-to-date on current healthcare trends and best practices in employee health and wellness.
10. Serve as a resource for employees with questions or concerns about their health and well-being.
11. Participate in organizational meetings and committees to promote employee health and safety.
12. Communicate with management and human resources regarding any employee health concerns or recommendations.

14. Maintain professional development by attending conferences and continuing education opportunities.
