3. Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare provider.
4. Maintain a clean and organized emergency department and ensure all medical equipment is functioning properly.
5. Prepare and restock patient rooms and supplies for efficient patient flow.
6. Administer basic first aid and emergency treatments under the direction of a healthcare provider.
7. Accurately document patient information and procedures in electronic medical records.
8. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure a positive and respectful patient experience.
9. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
10. Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain knowledge and skills necessary for the role.
11. Respond quickly and efficiently to emergency situations, following established protocols and procedures.
12. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated and multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
