1. Conduct training sessions for staff on the use of the electronic medical records system, Dimensions, in an engaging and informative manner.
2. Develop training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online resources, to support the learning and understanding of Dimensions.
3. Collaborate with the Ambulatory division to identify training needs and provide solutions to improve staff proficiency with Dimensions.
4. Monitor and evaluate staff performance during training to ensure understanding and proficiency with Dimensions.
5. Communicate effectively with staff, management, and other stakeholders to provide updates on training progress and address any concerns or questions.
6. Continuously update and improve training materials and methods to ensure they align with changes and updates to Dimensions.
7. Stay up-to-date with advancements and updates in the healthcare industry and Dimensions system to provide accurate and relevant training.
8. Serve as a resource for staff, providing support and troubleshooting assistance with Dimensions.
9. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all staff, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
10. Contribute to the overall mission of Novant Health by promoting the use of Dimensions to improve patient care and outcomes.
