- Conduct training sessions for staff on the Dimensions electronic medical record system.
- Develop training materials and resources for the Dimensions system.
- Stay up-to-date on changes and updates to the Dimensions system and incorporate them into training.
- Assess staff knowledge and proficiency with the Dimensions system and provide additional training as needed.
- Collaborate with department leaders to identify training needs and develop customized training plans.
- Communicate effectively with staff and address any questions or concerns related to the Dimensions system.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the Dimensions system and provide ongoing support and guidance to staff.
- Monitor staff usage of the Dimensions system and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.
- Work closely with IT and other departments to troubleshoot any technical issues related to the Dimensions system.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions and staff progress.
- Continuously evaluate and improve training methods and materials to ensure effectiveness.
- Adhere to all privacy and security standards and policies when handling sensitive patient information.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements in electronic medical record systems.
- Assist with the onboarding of new staff and provide ongoing training and support.
- Represent Novant Health in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Relevant Education And Training: A Dimensions Credentialed Trainer At Novant Health Should Possess A Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field, Such As Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Or Information Technology. They Should Also Have Completed Training And Certification In Allscripts Dimensions.
Extensive Experience With Allscripts Dimensions: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience Working With Allscripts Dimensions, Including Hands-On Experience With The Implementation, Customization, And Maintenance Of The System.
Strong Communication And Training Skills: As A Dimensions Credentialed Trainer, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Training And Educating Various Healthcare Professionals On How To Use Allscripts Dimensions. Therefore, Excellent Communication, Presentation, And Training Skills Are A Must.
Attention To Detail And Analytical Thinking: As Part Of Their Role, The Dimensions Credentialed Trainer Will Be Required To Troubleshoot And Resolve Issues With The System. They Should Have A Keen Eye For Detail And The Ability To Think Critically And Analytically To Identify And Solve Problems.
Team Player And Customer Service Oriented: As A Member Of The Novant Health Team, The Dimensions Credentialed Trainer Should Be A Team Player And Work Well With Others.
