- Manage and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to ensure the best possible deals for Novant Health.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date database of all contracts with accurate and detailed information.
- Review and analyze existing contracts to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with various departments within the organization to gather information and ensure all contractual obligations are met.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in contract management to make informed decisions.
- Communicate effectively with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders regarding contract terms, negotiations, and updates.
- Identify potential risks and issues in contracts and work towards finding solutions to mitigate them.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to contracts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to foster a positive working environment.
- Provide support and assistance to other team members as needed.
- Uphold the values and mission of Novant Health in all contract negotiations and interactions.
- Continuously strive for process improvements and efficiency in contract management.
- Prepare reports and presentations on contract performance and progress as requested by senior management.
- Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in handling sensitive information related to contracts.
- Collaborate with legal counsel as needed to review and approve contracts.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Contract Administration, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Contract Laws And Regulations, As Well As Healthcare Industry Regulations.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With Attention To Detail.
Exceptional Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Internal And External Stakeholders.
