Community Cruiser Registered Nurse Lead

Novant Health is seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Community Cruiser Registered Nurse Lead to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with excellent organizational and communication skills and a commitment to providing quality patient care. The Community Cruiser Registered Nurse Lead will be responsible for providing primary care services such as assessments, health screenings, and preventative care, in addition to coordinating with other medical professionals to ensure the highest level of patient care. The successful candidate will have a valid RN license and a minimum of two years of experience in a primary care setting. He or she will also possess excellent interpersonal skills, have a working knowledge of medical terminology and the ability to use electronic medical records efficiently. A current CPR certification and valid driver’s license are also required.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide primary care services such as assessments, health screenings, and preventative care.
2. Coordinate with other medical professionals to ensure the highest level of patient care.
3. Possess excellent interpersonal skills and have a working knowledge of medical terminology.
4. Utilize electronic medical records efficiently.
5. Maintain a valid RN license and current CPR certification.
6. Possess a valid driver’s license.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with patients, families, and other medical personnel.
8. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.
9. Monitor patient progress and document changes in health.
10. Provide resources, information, and education to patients and families.
