Community Connect Partner Liaison

This individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our community partners and ensuring that initiatives and programs are successful. Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in public health, social work, or related field• 3+ years of experience in a similar role or in healthcare• Knowledge of health initiatives, programs, and community engagement• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Proficiency in Microsoft Office• Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously• Strong customer service skills and excellent communication• Passion for making a positive impact on our community
