Community Benefit Lead

Novant Health is seeking an experienced and compassionate Community Benefit Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving Novant Health’s mission to improve the health of our communities. We are looking for a leader with exceptional interpersonal skills, a commitment to the well-being of our communities, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.To be a successful Community Benefit Lead at Novant Health, you should have a minimum of five years of experience in program management, planning, or community development. You should also possess a Bachelor’s degree in public health, public administration, or a related field. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement meaningful community initiatives to improve the health of our communities.
2. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure successful program management and planning.
3. Monitor and evaluate existing initiatives to ensure that they are meeting the needs of the community.
4. Advocate for and promote health initiatives within the community.
5. Serve as a liaison between Novant Health and the community, acting as a point of contact for community members.
6. Research new community initiatives and develop plans to implement them.
7. Lead meetings and events to engage and inform the community of initiatives.
8. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents to communicate the impact of our initiatives.
9. Provide technical assistance and support to local organizations on community benefit initiatives.
10. Remain up-to-date on developments in the field of public health and community development.
