1. Develop and implement communication strategies and initiatives to promote open and transparent communication within Novant Health.
2. Foster meaningful connections with patients, staff, and the community through effective communication techniques.
3. Serve as a liaison between different departments and teams within Novant Health to ensure consistent and cohesive messaging.
4. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, staff, and community organizations.
5. Create and distribute communication materials, such as newsletters, emails, and social media posts, to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
6. Monitor and analyze communication efforts to continuously improve and adapt strategies.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure communication efforts align with overall organizational goals and objectives.
8. Attend events and meetings to represent Novant Health and promote positive relationships.
9. Serve as a resource and provide guidance on effective communication practices to colleagues and team members.
10. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the patient experience through effective communication.
11. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in communication and relationship management.
12. Support crisis communication efforts and serve as a spokesperson for Novant Health when necessary.
13. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all communication efforts.
