- Provide compassionate care to patients in the Intensive and Critical Care Unit (ICCU) at Novant Health.
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nurse.
- Administer medication and treatments as directed by the nurse.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
- Assist with patient transfers and ambulation.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
- Follow infection control and safety protocols.
- Attend training and educational sessions to maintain and improve clinical skills.
- Collaborate with other healthcare team members to provide holistic care to patients.
- Display a professional and compassionate attitude towards patients and their families.

- Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.

Certified Nursing Assistant (Cna) Certification: Candidates Should Possess A Valid Cna Certification From An Accredited Institution.
Experience In Intensive Care And Critical Care Units: Previous Experience Working In An Intensive Care Or Critical Care Unit Is Preferred.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent Communication Skills Are Essential For Effectively Communicating With Patients, Their Families, And Other Healthcare Team Members.
Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment: The Cna Must Be Able To Thrive In A Fast-Paced And High-Stress Environment, While Still Providing Quality Care To Patients.
Availability For Part-Time Shifts: The Position Requires Availability For Part-Time Shifts, Including Weekends And Holidays. Flexibility In Scheduling Is A Must.
