1. Provide compassionate and exceptional care to patients in need of intermediate critical care.
2. Utilize strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
3. Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for each patient.
4. Assist patients with daily living activities, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, and feeding.
5. Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to healthcare team.
6. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.
7. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols to ensure a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff.
8. Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families during difficult times.
9. Attend and participate in trainings and meetings to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
10. Follow all policies and procedures of Novant Health to ensure high quality and consistent care.
