Job Description

As a Clinical Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality care for our patients, while also providing leadership and support to our team of healthcare professionals.   1. Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Pediatrics department, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of care.
  2. Provide guidance and support to a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, medical assistants, and support staff.
  3. Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  5. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to team members.
  6. Collaborate with other departments and healthcare providers to coordinate patient care and improve communication and teamwork.
  7. Monitor and manage department budgets, including staffing and supply needs.
  8. Identify and address any issues or concerns related to patient care, staff performance, or department operations.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients and their families, ensuring a positive patient experience.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in Pediatrics to continuously improve the quality of care provided.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Pediatrics: The Clinical Supervisor Must Possess A Minimum Of A Master's Degree In Pediatrics Or A Related Field, And Be Licensed To Practice In The State Where The Position Is Located.

  • Extensive Clinical Experience: A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Clinical Experience In A Pediatric Setting Is Required, With A Demonstrated Proficiency In Managing Complex And Diverse Patient Populations.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: The Clinical Supervisor Must Have Demonstrated Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Healthcare Professionals.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Patients, Families, And Other Healthcare Professionals Is Essential For This Role. The Clinical Supervisor Must Also Have Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills.

  • Knowledge Of Regulatory And Compliance Standards: In Order To Ensure The Highest Level Of Patient Care, The Clinical Supervisor Must Have A Thorough Understanding Of All Regulatory And Compliance Standards Related To Pediatric Healthcare. Experience With Joint Commission Accreditation Is Preferred.
