  1. Provide leadership and support to surgical teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality and compassionate care to patients.
  2. Utilize expertise and knowledge in surgical services to guide and mentor healthcare professionals in the department.
  3. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement best practices for patient care.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in surgical services and implement new processes and procedures as needed.
  5. Serve as a resource for staff regarding clinical and operational issues, providing guidance and solutions.
  6. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address any issues.
  7. Act as a liaison between surgical teams and other departments to promote effective communication and collaboration.
  8. Participate in the hiring, training, and evaluation of staff to ensure a competent and efficient team.
  9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of processes, policies, and procedures related to surgical services.
  10. Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and development by attending conferences, workshops, and training sessions.

Job Qualifications
  • Current Rn License In Good Standing

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Nursing Or Related Field
