Certified Nursing Assistant (Cna): A Valid Cna Certification Is Often Required For A Clinical Care Partner Position At Novant Health. This Ensures That Candidates Have The Necessary Knowledge And Skills To Provide Direct Patient Care.
Basic Life Support (Bls) Certification: Candidates Must Hold A Current Bls Certification From The American Heart Association In Order To Work As A Clinical Care Partner At Novant Health. This Certification Demonstrates The Ability To Respond To Emergency Situations And Provide Basic Life Support To Patients.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent Communication Skills Are Essential For A Clinical Care Partner, As They Will Be Working Closely With Patients, Families, And Other Healthcare Team Members. This Includes The Ability To Effectively Listen, Speak, And Write In A Clear And Concise Manner.
