Clinic Athletic Trainer - Family Physicians

Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training or related field• NATABOC certification• Valid state license in Athletic Training• At least five years of direct patient care in the Athletic Training setting• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities: • Provide direct patient care in an Athletic Training setting • Develop and administer individualized fitness plans • Educate patients on proper exercise techniques • Monitor patients’ progress and modify plans as needed • Document patient evaluations, treatments, and progress • Maintain professional relationships with medical staff, colleagues, and patients • Comply with NATABOC and state regulations for Athletic Training • Ensure safety of patients and provide emergency care if necessary • Utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to document patient records • Attend continuing education courses to stay up-to-date on best practices in the field
