Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist

At Novant Health, we are seeking an experienced, compassionate, and dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have the necessary qualifications and expertise to provide safe and quality patient care. The successful applicant will demonstrate excellence in patient care, decision-making, and communication. The Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist will be responsible for administering anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical, therapeutic, diagnostic, and obstetrical procedures. The CRNA will provide anesthesia services to patients of all ages, from newborns to geriatric patients. This individual will also evaluate patients before, during, and after anesthesia, and provide postoperative care and pain management. Required qualifications for this position include: •A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license •Certification by the Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (CCNA) •A minimum of 2 years of recent experience working in a healthcare setting as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist •A comprehensive understanding of the principles of anesthesia and the ability to apply them to patient care •Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills •Ability to work independently and as part of a team •Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments •Commitment to excellence and patient safety If you are a patient-focused and passionate CRNA looking to make a difference in the lives of our patients, we would love to hear from you.
