
Certified Nursing Assistant II

- Provide direct patient care: The CNA II will be responsible for providing direct care and assistance to patients as directed by the nursing team. This may include tasks such as bathing, feeding, and dressing patients.
- Assist with daily activities: The CNA II will support patients with their daily activities such as mobility, eating, and personal hygiene. They will also assist with ambulation, transfers, and other activities as needed.
- Maintain patient records: The CNA II will accurately and consistently document patient information and activities in medical records. This includes vital signs, intake and output, and any changes in patient condition.
- Collaborate with healthcare team: The CNA II will work closely with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to provide the best possible care for patients. This includes communicating any changes in patient condition or concerns to the appropriate team members.
- Ensure patient safety: The CNA II will follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of patients. This includes proper body mechanics and infection control measures.
- Provide emotional support: The CNA II will be a source of comfort and support for patients and their families. They will listen to patient concerns and provide emotional support during difficult times.
- Maintain professional standards: The CNA II will adhere to professional and ethical standards, as well as all policies and procedures set by the healthcare facility. They will also participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and improve their skills.

State Certification: All Applicants Must Hold A Valid State Certification As A Certified Nursing Assistant Ii (Cna Ii) In The State Where They Will Be Working.
Minimum Education Requirements: Candidates Must Have A High School Diploma Or Equivalent, As Well As Completion Of An Accredited Cna Ii Training Program.
Experience: A Minimum Of Two Years Of Experience As A Cna Ii Is Required, Preferably In A Hospital Or Long-Term Care Setting.
Basic Life Support (Bls) Certification: All Applicants Must Possess A Current Bls Certification From The American Heart Association.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Ability To Effectively Communicate And Work Collaboratively With Patients, Families, And Healthcare Team Members Is Essential For This Role.
