1. Provide compassionate and patient-centered care to patients in accordance with Novant Health's values and standards.
2. Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding.

4. Observe and report any changes in patients' conditions to the appropriate healthcare team members.
