- Provide high-quality and compassionate care to patients in the Emergency Department.
- Assist with the daily care and personal needs of patients, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Monitor and report any changes in patient's condition to the nursing staff.
- Assist with patient transfers, positioning, and ambulation as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
- Work collaboratively with the nursing team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
- Follow all infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
- Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and other healthcare team members.
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, including HIPAA regulations.
- Attend training and educational programs to maintain and enhance skills and knowledge.

Completion Of A Recognized Certified Nursing Assistant I (Cna) Program
Current Certification And Registration With The State Of North Carolina As A Cna
Minimum Of 1 Year Of Experience Working As A Cna In An Emergency Department Or Acute Care Setting
Basic Life Support (Bls) Certification From The American Heart Association
Knowledge Of Emergency Medical Procedures And Ability To Assist With Triage And Patient Care In A Fast-Paced Environment.
