Responsibilities:

1. Provide direct patient care, following the care plan provided by the registered nurse and physician.
2. Ensure that all patient care is delivered in a safe and timely manner.
3. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
4. Assist with any additional tasks as assigned by the registered nurse and physician.
5. Maintain patient medical records and ensure accuracy of all documentation.
6. Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
7. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
8. Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and basic personal care.
9. Educate patients and families on the importance of proper nutrition, exercise, and hygiene.
10. Ensure a clean and safe environment for all patients.
