  1. Provide exceptional care to patients by assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
  2. Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients by following infection control procedures and ensuring equipment is properly sanitized.
  3. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
  4. Monitor and report changes in patients' physical, emotional, and mental well-being to the nursing staff.
  5. Act as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure effective communication and understanding of care plans.
  6. Utilize critical thinking skills to identify and address patient needs in a timely and efficient manner.
  7. Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and standards of practice to maintain a high level of patient safety and satisfaction.
  8. Participate in ongoing education and training opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in the healthcare field.
  9. Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, open communication, and mutual respect among colleagues.

Job Qualifications
  • Completion Of An Accredited Cna Training Program: A Certified Nursing Aide At Novant Health Must Have Successfully Completed An Accredited Cna Training Program And Obtained A State Certification.

  • Current State Certification And Registration: The Candidate Must Possess A Valid And Current State Certification As A Certified Nursing Aide And Be Registered With The State's Nursing Board.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: As A Member Of The Local Resource Team, The Cna I Must Have Strong Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate With Patients, Families, And Healthcare Team Members.

  • Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment: The Position Of A Cna I On The Local Resource Team May Require Working In Various Departments And Units Within The Healthcare Facility, Often In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment. Therefore, The Candidate Must Be Able To Adapt Quickly And Work Efficiently Under Pressure.
