Completion Of An Accredited Cna Training Program: A Certified Nursing Aide At Novant Health Must Have Successfully Completed An Accredited Cna Training Program And Obtained A State Certification.
Current State Certification And Registration: The Candidate Must Possess A Valid And Current State Certification As A Certified Nursing Aide And Be Registered With The State's Nursing Board.
Excellent Communication Skills: As A Member Of The Local Resource Team, The Cna I Must Have Strong Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate With Patients, Families, And Healthcare Team Members.
Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment: The Position Of A Cna I On The Local Resource Team May Require Working In Various Departments And Units Within The Healthcare Facility, Often In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment. Therefore, The Candidate Must Be Able To Adapt Quickly And Work Efficiently Under Pressure.
