Responsibilities:

1. Provide patient care in accordance with physician direction and hospital/clinic policies.
2. Coordinate patient flow and maintain patient confidentiality.
3. Utilize computer systems to enter patient information, update electronic medical records, and manage scheduling.
4. Perform clinical duties such as taking vital signs, preparing patients for exams, and collecting specimens.
5. Assist physicians with minor procedures and patient treatments.
6. Provide patient education and answer patient questions about health topics.
7. Stock medical supplies, order new supplies, and restock as needed.
8. Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the exam rooms.
9. Follow all safety protocols and HIPAA regulations.
10. Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure all medical records are handled with care.
