Completion Of An Accredited Medical Assistant Program: The Ideal Candidate For This Position Should Have Completed A Recognized Medical Assistant Program And Hold A Valid Certification From A Recognized Organization Such As The American Association Of Medical Assistants (Aama) Or The American Medical Technologists (Amt).
Strong Knowledge Of Medical Terminology And Procedures: A Certified Medical Assistant At Mountainview Medical Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Medical Terminology, As Well As Knowledge Of Common Medical Procedures And Treatments.
Ability To Perform Basic Clinical Tasks: The Candidate Should Have Experience And Proficiency In Performing Basic Clinical Tasks Such As Taking Vital Signs, Administering Medications, And Assisting With Minor Procedures.
