Job Qualifications
  • Completion Of An Accredited Medical Assistant Program: The Ideal Candidate For This Position Should Have Completed A Recognized Medical Assistant Program And Hold A Valid Certification From A Recognized Organization Such As The American Association Of Medical Assistants (Aama) Or The American Medical Technologists (Amt).

  • Strong Knowledge Of Medical Terminology And Procedures: A Certified Medical Assistant At Mountainview Medical Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Medical Terminology, As Well As Knowledge Of Common Medical Procedures And Treatments.

  • Ability To Perform Basic Clinical Tasks: The Candidate Should Have Experience And Proficiency In Performing Basic Clinical Tasks Such As Taking Vital Signs, Administering Medications, And Assisting With Minor Procedures.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: A Successful Candidate Should Possess Strong Communication Skills And Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Patients, Physicians, And Other Healthcare Professionals.

  • Attention To Detail And Ability To Multitask: Working In A Fast-Paced Medical Facility Requires A High Level Of Organization And The Ability To Multitask. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Strong Attention To Detail And The Ability To Prioritize Tasks Effectively.
