  1. Manage and maintain the central scheduling and staffing system for all Novant Health facilities.
  2. Coordinate and schedule appointments, procedures, and surgeries for patients and healthcare providers.
  3. Monitor and adjust staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage for patient needs.
  4. Communicate with healthcare providers and staff to ensure accurate and timely scheduling.
  5. Maintain accurate records and documentation of schedules, staffing levels, and changes.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
  7. Identify and resolve any staffing or scheduling conflicts.
  8. Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new healthcare providers and staff.
  9. Monitor and track staff time off requests and ensure appropriate coverage.
  10. Provide excellent customer service to patients, healthcare providers, and staff.
  11. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to scheduling and staffing.
  12. Comply with all relevant regulations and policies related to scheduling and staffing.
  13. Participate in meetings and trainings to improve knowledge and skills.
  14. Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements.
  15. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  16. Handle other administrative and clerical tasks as needed.
