Registered Nurse (Rn) Licensure: The First And Most Important Qualification For A Case Manager Registered Nurse - Hc Job At Novant Health Is A Current And Active Rn License. This Ensures That The Candidate Has Completed The Necessary Education And Training To Provide High-Quality Patient Care.
Bachelor Of Science In Nursing (Bsn): A Bsn Degree Is Preferred For This Role As It Provides A More Comprehensive Understanding Of Healthcare And Nursing Principles. It Also Demonstrates A Commitment To Continuous Learning And Professional Development.
Case Management Certification: Novant Health May Also Require Candidates To Have A Case Management Certification Such As Certified Case Manager (Ccm) Or Accredited Case Manager (Acm). This Certification Indicates A High Level Of Expertise And Knowledge In Case Management Practices.
Previous Experience In Case Management: Experience In Case Management, Particularly In A Healthcare Setting, Is Highly Desirable For This Role. It Demonstrates The Candidate's Ability To Coordinate And Manage Patient Care, As Well As Their Understanding Of Healthcare Systems And Resources.
