Active Rn License: The Candidate Must Have A Valid And Active Registered Nurse License In The State Where The Position Is Located.
Bachelor's Degree In Nursing: A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Is Required For This Position. A Master's Degree In Nursing Or Related Field Is Preferred.
Case Management Certification: The Candidate Must Possess A Nationally Recognized Case Management Certification, Such As The Certified Case Manager (Ccm) Or The Accredited Case Manager (Acm) Certification.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Nursing Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 3 Years Of Nursing Experience, Preferably In A Hospital Or Healthcare Setting. Experience In Case Management Or Care Coordination Is Highly Desirable.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Candidate Must Have Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Patients, Families, Physicians, And Other Healthcare Professionals In Managing Patient Care.
