  1. Conduct research and analysis to evaluate cancer treatment outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
  2. Utilize data and statistical methods to assess the effectiveness of cancer care strategies.
  3. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other team members to develop and implement initiatives to improve patient outcomes.
  4. Monitor and track progress of initiatives and report findings to senior management.
  5. Stay current on industry trends and advancements in cancer research and treatment.
  6. Develop and maintain databases and other tools for tracking and analyzing cancer outcomes data.
  7. Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including physicians, nurses, and administrators.
  8. Participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement evidence-based practices in cancer care.
  9. Conduct quality assurance audits and provide recommendations for improvement.
  10. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines related to cancer research and analysis.
  11. Train and educate staff on data collection and analysis methods.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve processes related to cancer outcomes analysis.
  13. Collaborate with external partners and organizations to share best practices and promote innovation in cancer care.
  14. Assist in the development of grant proposals and research projects related to cancer outcomes.
  15. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards when handling sensitive patient data.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Data Analysis, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Cancer Treatment Protocols And Outcomes Measures.

  • Proficiency In Statistical Software And Data Visualization Tools.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Present Complex Data To Various Stakeholders.
