• Conduct initial assessments and evaluations of patients to determine appropriate treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based therapy techniques to patients with mental health concerns
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and treatment plans
• Continuously monitor and evaluate patient progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards in all aspects of patient care
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case conferences to discuss patient progress and treatment plans
• Stay current with new developments and best practices in the field of behavioral health therapy
• Provide support and guidance to patients in crisis situations
• Foster a supportive and compassionate environment for patients to feel safe and comfortable in their therapy sessions
