Senior Phlebotomist - Outpatient

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Phlebotomist - Outpatient to join the team at Northwestern Medicine. In this role, you will have the opportunity to take a leadership role in the laboratory, providing the highest level of patient care and support to our customers. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of two years of experience in a clinical laboratory, preferably in a phlebotomy setting. You should possess exceptional communication skills, be highly organized, and have an aptitude for problem-solving. A strong customer service focus and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.In this role, you will be responsible for performing venipuncture and skin punctures, collecting and processing specimens, and providing patient education. You will also manage the day-to-day operations and provide mentorship to the phlebotomy team.
