Job Description

At Northwestern Medicine, we are looking for an energetic and organized Resource Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills and demonstrate strong attention to detail. The Resource Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating resources to ensure efficient and effective operations within the organization.The successful candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. Additionally, the ideal candidate should possess a minimum of two years of experience in a resource management role. The Resource Coordinator must also have excellent project management and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to multitask. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and coordinate resource management plans to ensure efficient and effective operations within the organization.
  2. Monitor and track resource usage to ensure maximum utilization and prevent shortages.
  3. Analyze and adjust resource plans according to changing organizational needs.
  4. Work closely with internal departments to identify and address resource needs.
  5. Develop and implement effective resource allocation strategies.
  6. Manage projects to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  7. Provide guidance and support to team members in resource management.
  8. Maintain an up-to-date database of resources and their availability.
  9. Develop and maintain resource-related reports and documents.
  10. Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with external vendors.
  11. Monitor and evaluate vendor performance to ensure quality of resources.
  12. Identify and address resource issues in a timely manner.
