Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and implement quality assurance and improvement initiatives across the organization.
- Collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders to ensure success of initiatives.
- Think strategically and develop creative solutions to complex challenges.
- Monitor implementing initiatives and adjust as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
- Work closely with the healthcare team to ensure top quality patient care.
- Maintain a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
- Lead by example and motivate employees to achieve excellence.
- Monitor and report on quality assurance and improvement initiatives.
- Research best practices in healthcare quality assurance and improvement.
- Prepare reports and presentations on quality assurance and improvement.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field
Excellent Communication
+ Years Of Experience In Program Management
Certified Project Management Professional (Pmp) Or Equivalent Certification
Knowledge Of And Experience With Quality Assurance And Quality Control Processes
Demonstrated Success In Leading And Managing Large-Scale Projects
