Responsibilities of the Program Manager:

  1. Lead and manage the development and implementation of healthcare programs.
  2. Coordinate with a variety of stakeholders to ensure successful execution of objectives.
  3. Develop and present program proposals and initiatives.
  4. Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and progress.
  5. Prepare and present program reports and metrics.
  6. Create and maintain program budgets.
  7. Manage and track program timelines and deadlines.
  8. Identify, analyze and resolve program issues.
  9. Establish and maintain working relationships with stakeholders.
  10. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
