At Northwestern Medicine, we are looking for an experienced and results-driven Procurement Contract Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of contract negotiation and management process, as well as a deep commitment to quality assurance and customer satisfaction. If you are a self-starter who loves working in a fast-paced environment and have the qualifications we are looking for, we want to hear from you!We are seeking a Procurement Contract Manager who has a minimum of five years of experience in contract management, preferably within the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of the legal, financial, and regulatory aspects of contracts and an excellent ability to negotiate with vendors. In addition, the Procurement Contract Manager should have strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills, as well as a thorough understanding of procurement processes and methods. Above all, the successful candidate must be service-oriented and have a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  1. Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and suppliers.
  2. Ensure compliance with legal, financial, and regulatory requirements.
  3. Analyze and review contracts for accuracy and completeness.
  4. Develop and implement strategic procurement processes and methods.
  5. Monitor and track vendor performance and contract compliance.
  6. Maintain and update customer service records.
  7. Communicate effectively with vendors and stakeholders.
  8. Manage customer inquiries and resolve any issues.
  9. Develop and implement policies and procedures for contract management.
  10. Ensure quality assurance and customer satisfaction.
