
Philanthropy Coordinator - Gift Administration
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Philanthropy Coordinator – Gift Administration at Northwestern Medicine. Reporting to the Gift Processing Manager, the Philanthropy Coordinator – Gift Administration will provide essential support for the Northwestern Medicine Philanthropy team.To be successful in this role, you must possess superior organizational and communication skills, have a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment. You must also have a passion for philanthropy and a commitment to providing the best possible experience for our donors. Responsibilities:
- Process all donations in accordance with Northwestern Medicine's policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support for the Philanthropy team, including maintaining donation records, preparing donor acknowledgements, and generating reports.
- Maintain donor contact lists and ensure that all contact information is up-to-date.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure that donor requests are handled in a timely manner.
- Assist with the planning and execution of fundraising events.
- Monitor and respond to donor inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide excellent customer service to donors and other stakeholders.
- Cultivate strong relationships with donors to ensure a positive giving experience.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure the success of the Philanthropy team.
- Monitor and track Philanthropy team progress and provide reports as needed.
Excellent Organizational And Time Management Skills
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration
Or A Related Field
