Payor Specialist

2. Research and resolve insurance claim issues and discrepancies.
3. Maintain detailed financial records and payment logs.
4. Communicate with patients, families, and providers regarding insurance policies, billing procedures, and payment information.
5. Provide excellent customer service and support in all interactions with patients, families, and providers.
6. Ensure accurate and timely billing and payment of claims.
7. Research and resolve insurance coverage issues.
8. Remain up-to-date on changes to insurance policies, procedures, and regulations.
9. Prepare reports and analysis of insurance claims and payments.
10. Assist with insurance enrollment and verification processes.
