Job Description

We're looking for a highly motivated and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Patient Relations Liaison. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.The Patient Relations Liaison will be responsible for providing excellent service to our patients and visitors across Northwestern Medicine campuses. This includes responding to patient inquiries, resolving customer service issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and promoting a positive patient experience. The Liaison should be able to maintain positive relationships with patients while adhering to organizational policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years' experience working in customer service, healthcare, or a related field. Additionally, they should have strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, as well as superior organizational and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be a great listener, a strong communicator, and an advocate for our patients.

Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to patient inquiries and resolve customer service issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Ensure customer satisfaction and promote a positive patient experience.
  3. Maintain positive relationships with patients while adhering to organizational policies and procedures.
  4. Possess strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  5. Possess superior organizational and interpersonal skills.
  6. Listen to patients attentively and communicate effectively.
  7. Advocate for patients and their needs.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  9. Provide feedback to management on ways to improve patient experience.
  10. Monitor patient feedback and satisfaction surveys.
