Responsibilities:

1. Provide exceptional customer service to patients and families, including responding to inquiries, addressing complaints and resolving conflicts.
2. Act as a liaison between patients, families and medical staff to ensure a seamless customer experience.
3. Maintain a friendly and positive attitude when interacting with patients and families.
4. Answer patient inquiries and provide accurate information about Northwestern Medicine services.
5. Monitor and document patient feedback and complaints and suggest solutions to improve customer experience.
6. Handle financial inquiries and payment processing.
7. Assist with appointment scheduling, check in and check out procedures.
8. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure quality patient care.
9. Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
10. Monitor patient satisfaction surveys and take necessary actions to address any issues.
