Patient Access Specialist

Responsibilities:

2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient access and registration.
3. Develop and maintain relationships with insurance companies and other healthcare providers.
4. Verify insurance eligibility and ensure accuracy of patient information.
5. Assist with paperwork and other administrative tasks related to the registration process.
6. Work closely with the healthcare team to ensure a smooth patient experience.
7. Demonstrate a strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
8. Utilize knowledge of medical terminology and insurance plans to ensure accurate coding and billing.
9. Respond to patient inquiries and address any concerns in a timely and professional manner.
10. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and all other applicable laws.
