This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and efficiently. Responsibilities:

  1. Manage operational processes for patient access.
  2. Ensure effective communication and smooth operations between administrative and clinical staff.

  6. Create and maintain patient access records.

  9. Liaise with other departments to ensure patient access needs are met.
  10. Troubleshoot and resolve patient access issues.
  11. Supervise and train other staff in patient access processes.
