Operations Coordinator - Supply Chain Logistics

We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to join the Supply Chain Logistics team at Northwestern Medicine. Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of medical supplies and equipment to hospitals and clinics
• Manage the supply chain logistics process from start to finish
• Monitor and analyze supply chain logistics performance
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
• Track and troubleshoot any supply chain logistics issues
• Develop and implement strategies for improving supply chain logistics processes
• Create and maintain accurate records and reports of supply chain logistics activities
• Prepare and present reports to management regarding supply chain logistics performance
• Monitor inventory levels and order new supplies as necessary
• Maintain compliance with government regulations and industry best practices
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
