Manager of Pathology Labs

At Northwestern Medicine, we are looking for an experienced Manager of Pathology Labs to join our team. This role requires a passion for pathology as well as exceptional organizational and leadership skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the pathology lab, as well as developing and deploying strategies for long-term success.In order to be successful in this role, you must possess a strong understanding of laboratory operations, pathology lab processes, and regulatory and accreditation standards. You must also have the ability to lead a team, develop and implement processes to enhance efficiency, and drive innovation.
