Responsibilities:

1. Process cytology specimens in a timely and accurate manner
2. Follow laboratory safety and quality control measures
3. Maintain and organize lab records and data
4. Collect and label specimens according to protocols
5. Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration of lab equipment
6. Monitor laboratory inventory and order supplies as needed
7. Provide support to laboratory personnel and other departments as necessary
8. Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to all safety protocols
9. Communicate effectively with other laboratory personnel and other departments
10. Participate in trainings and continuing education courses as required
