At Northwestern Medicine, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Credentials Verification Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a high level of accuracy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. You must possess a professional attitude, be able to work independently, and have a customer service mindset. Responsibilities:

  • Verify credentials for all staff members in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ensure accuracy of all records and documents
  • Maintain confidentiality of all records and documents
  • Respond to inquiries regarding credentials verification
  • Manage customer service inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Stay up-to-date on best practices and legal requirements related to credentials verification
  • Perform quality control of all verification processes
  • Maintain clear and accurate records of all verification activities
